Codes of Conduct

Show courtesy to other lab users. Logout and clear the lab for an incoming class. Read the School's documentation. Logout at the end of each session. Switch off monitors at the end of each session. Check your Outlook e-mail regularly. Keep H drive area organised and tidy. Keep Workstation and Labs tidy. Observe best practice for printing. Report all faults and problems. Ensure required facilities work: e.g. intranet login.

Disrupt the work of other lab users. Annoy or harass other lab users. Eat or drink in the labs. Use mobile phones in the labs. Log in to more than one workstation. Allow unauthorised users to use labs. Lock workstations for more than 10 mins. Access inappropriate sites on the internet. Play games. Use chat before 6.00 pm. Download unauthorised software e.g. MP3s, chat software, games. Install unauthorised software.
