Paradise Clinic has c 1,000 records of clients treated over a 10 year period. Paradise Clinic is uncertain about whether they need a CRM. They would like to be able to store client contact details and records of treatments and to utilise this data to communicate with clients immediately after treatment and to send targetted communications c 3 – 4 times per annum, recorded on a CRM system.They are open to ideas about the most relevant solution and wants to be able to use and interrogate the data in the following ways:
- Better, more organised and more targeted communications with clients 3 or 4 times a year, with a footprint of the communication recorded on the CRM.
- Advice and suggestions on how the confidential data can be used for marketing and communications whilst complying with data protection legislation.
- Ease of access to the system and the data by mobile device, preferably by phone (currently a Blackberry).
Open to advice on how they can fully utilise a CRM system to continue to develop and improve the business.
