Job Summary
The School of Computing Science & Digital Media at Robert Gordon University is looking to appoint a number of Demonstrators on a part-time, fixed term basis to support the teaching of modules across all of the School’s courses.

Demonstrators will be required during teaching weeks in the two semesters (September to December and February to April) and may also be asked to help with invigilation of assessments and marking. Demonstrating involves helping the lecturer run lab classes and answering queries from students.

You will be given a contract for a maximum of 500 hours work (including annual leave) on a fixed term basis. Actual hours worked will be claimed on monthly timesheets.

You are likely to be allocated 1 to 3 modules per semester, depending on your areas of knowledge.

Candidates must have a degree or knowledge in Computing and we would particularly welcome candidates with knowledge of Data Science and/or Cyber Security.

Salary: Grade 5 (£14.68 per hour)
